Market value plus in March
The season ended prematurely for Borussia Dortmund’s youngster Jamie Bynoe-Gittens. Coach Edin Terzic reported at a press conference on Thursday that the 18-year-old “will be out in the next few weeks and months” after an operation on his shoulder. This was preceded by an injury in training.
Bynoe-Gittens has missed parts of this season with a shoulder injury when he sat out between September and November. The English youth international has made 20 appearances at club level in all competitions, in which he has contributed three goals and one assist. He had already missed against Wolfsburg (6-0), before that he was twice on the bench. The left winger’s market value was raised in the course of the March update – to currently 14 million euros, which puts him in eleventh place in the ranking of the most valuable players in his age group.
