BVB is said to be offering a record fee for Sébastien Haller

Sébastien Haller is considered the obvious successor to Erling Haaland at Borussia Dortmund. But first BVB needs the approval of Ajax Amsterdam. A record transfer fee should convince the Dutch champions.

Noisy “sky” the first BVB offer for Haller including bonus payments is 35 million euros. Should there actually be a transfer of this magnitude, the attacker would be the most expensive new signing in the Dortmund club’s history.

In this case, Haller would share first place with Ousmane Dembélé, who came to Westphalia from Rennes in 2016 for 35 million euros.

Haller reportedly wants to “absolutely” switch to BVB

“Bild” had previously reported that Ajax Amsterdam should call for more than 38 million euros plus possible bonus payments for their goalscorer. BVB, on the other hand, wants to pay 33 million euros plus bonuses.

According to the tabloid, Haller “absolutely” wants to go to Dortmund. BVB is said to have made the 27-year-old the number one transfer target.

Between 2017 and 2019 Haller played in the Bundesliga. At that time, the Ivorian wore the jersey of Eintracht Frankfurt. At BVB, the twelve-time national player could follow Erling Haaland, who left the club for Manchester City.

Track with BVB candidates Kalajdzic and Alario currently “cold”

Sasa Kalajdzic (VfB Stuttgart) and Lucas Alario (Bayer Leverkusen) have also been repeatedly mentioned as possible BVB candidates in recent days. According to “Sky” information, the track on the two Bundesliga attackers is currently “cold”.

Instead, the Dortmunders would like to detach Haller from Amsterdam. Until a possible agreement is reached, BVB is still threatened with a transfer poker game with Ajax. Haller’s contract with the Eredivisie club runs until 2025.
