Consolidated profit was EUR 37.5 million (previous year: minus EUR 26.3 million). The listed company cited a “significantly improved result from transfer transactions” as the reason for the increase. This alone amounted to 60.2 million euros, with the 85 million transfer from Jadon Sancho (21) to Manchester United playing a major role.

In terms of sales, a good EUR 101 million came from income from TV marketing. Another 62 million euros came in through advertising. In terms of expenditure, personnel costs alone, which rose by EUR 8 million, amounted to EUR 110 million.
