The Munich retailer Ludwig Beck has reassigned management of sales and purchasing.
From March 1st, Sabine Herzog will take on the role of Head of Sales, Ludwig Beck AG announced on Friday. The 47-year-old is currently working as deputy sales manager and has been with the company since 2006. From the beginning of March, Annika Fuchs and Pelin Semen, who currently hold senior positions in womenswear purchasing, will share responsibility for purchasing. Fuchs and Semen will report directly to Christian Greiner, CEO of Ludwig Beck.
“The new management team for purchasing and sales consists of experienced fashion managers who know the company very well and live our company’s premium philosophy 100 percent,” said Greiner.
Tobias Triebel moves to Wöhrl
The new purchasing and sales managers succeed Tobias Triebel, currently Buying & Sales Director at Ludwig Beck. At the beginning of March he will move to retailer Rudolf Wöhrl SE, where he will become part of the board. At the Nuremberg company he could succeed Thomas Rothe, who is taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the clothing group S.Oliver Group. At Wöhrl, Triebel will be part of the two-person board, led by Thomas Weckerlein as chairman.
Triebel will continue to be available to Ludwig Beck as a strategic purchasing advisor and will support the board and the new purchasing management in this role.
“Over the past almost seven years, Tobias Triebel has successfully advanced Ludwig Beck’s fashion direction with great competence and a lot of flair,” says Greiner. “I’m all the more pleased that he will remain with the company as a consultant.”
