Bütema AG equips Robert Ley with an innovative digital signage solution

Bütema AG, Germany’s leading provider of in-store solutions, has equipped a pilot branch of the traditional fashion retailer Robert Ley with digital signage. As part of the proof of concept, displays with digital signage and self-service content were implemented in the Robert Ley Fashion Store in Herzogenrath-Kohlscheid. The fashion company Robert Ley, which looks back on a 130-year tradition and operates a total of 17 branches, is sending a clear signal for its digital transformation.

Part of the solution is the installation of two self-service displays with 32″ and 12″, which are primarily used for digital customer card capture. Customers can apply for a customer card themselves at the terminal, which significantly reduces the workload on staff.

What is particularly noteworthy is the integration of the self-service application into Bütema AG’s digital signage solution. This innovative low-code application allows Robert Ley to self-configure customer card registration according to their individual requirements, maximizing the flexibility and adaptability of the system.

An 85-inch display was also installed that shows digital signage content and impressively underlines Robert Ley’s fashion know-how. Plans are already underway to equip additional branches over the next few months.
