Natalia, what is Business Coaching and why does it lead the demand for professional services in the world?

Business coaching is a process of accompanying organizations, where the objective is set in achieve results efficiently taking into account the collaborators of the companies. In my case, the accompaniment process focuses on developing a conscious leadership in the organization that allows aligning personal objectives with organizational ones.

The demand for this service has grown enormously due to the speed at which changes occur and the need for companies to adapt to them. The businessmen realized that it was not enough just to make the decision to face the change, but that the organization had to be prepared. And for that, it was necessary to understand that Company personnel are a fundamental part of the process and that their motivation does not go through an economic stimulus only, but because the collaborator feels fulfilled within the company. This feeling of accomplishment is directly linked to the emotion managementand it is at this point where coaching focuses.

From your experience, what do you think an organization has to focus on to be successful and last over time?

The success of an organization, for me, depends on three factors: resources, people and community. If you manage resources well, keep people motivated, and contribute to the community, you can consider yourself successful. But for it to last over time, it needs to exist business consistency between what management thinks, feels and acts.

Does the “360 Program” that you implement in Organizations help to generate this business coherence?

A lot, because the “360 Program” is a comprehensive program where I work with the company in depth, starting at the management level and then going down to the areas based on the objectives set, where we go through a whole methodology that leads us to analyze the past. and the present of the organization to later focus on the future and act accordingly.

The great differential of this program is the awarenessthat the employer can understand what is the origin of those recurring problems that are presented to him in the organization and that, in most cases, are not directly related to the management of resources but to the different emotionalities, beliefs and mandates with which decisions are made. You cannot manage what is not known; if we become aware of what is happening, then we are in a position to make better decisions in the future because we have more information.
