Historically, December, January and February are months of great domestic tourism movement and also a significant number of Argentines travel to the United States, combining pleasure and business. Although the political-economic situation in Argentina is being felt in the pockets of Argentines, many consider that it is a good time to diversify the investment portfolio in other countries.
What is considered the “high season” for vacations in the Argentine calendar coincides with an increase in the arrival of tourists to the northern country, who are not only in search of pleasure, but also in search of new business opportunities to invest.

Among the high flow of investors in this area of southern Florida, Colombians stand out with 15% of the acquisitions and Argentines with 14%. Of the total property sales in that area during 2023, 36% are concentrated in Argentine and Colombian investors.
Clearly, Miami is not the only area of attraction for tourists and potential investors. New York City is the largest city in the United States – and one of the largest in the world. This city is just a small part of the great State of New York, which consists of 62 counties and offers endless attractions and points of interest, including Niagara Falls, the Adirondack Mountains, Finger Lakes, the Hudson Valley, the Letchworth State and Watkins Glen, Legoland, Lake Placid and Lake George, among others. In addition to its various natural attractions, New York State also offers a diverse real estate market, with great properties to invest in in all price ranges and for all types of savers. The state is another area targeted by Argentines, who benefit from relatively stable market prices, the long-term appreciation of their assets, and liquidity in the case of properties used for rental.
We could continue mentioning and describing other areas of the United States that have grown in terms of foreign investment in real estate projects, but beyond the place, what is important to highlight is that Latinos and especially Argentines have the opportunity to evaluate different options according to your different needs and investment possibilities: amount available to invest, estimated profitability, ease of investment management, credentials and security of the investment.
