With a peak of 488 kilometers, the busiest Friday evening rush hour of this year has been measured, Rijkswaterstaat reports. Snow showers moved across the country, for which code yellow had previously been issued by the KNMI. The warning will remain in force until 10 a.m. on Saturday morning in all Dutch provinces, with the exception of Zeeland.
