On Wednesday, February 9, 2022, a new day of negotiations took place between Bushido and the clan boss Arafat Abou-Chaker. In the unmanageable process, a recording of a conversation is said to have appeared last week, which is intended to refute Bushido’s allegations.
Bushido has already commented on the allegedly incriminating evidence. He sticks to his description of what happened on January 18, 2018. It is rather surprising “that almost a year and a half after the start of the trial, a recording suddenly appeared that is supposed to exonerate the accused and that this recording was not introduced into the trial by the accused became, but instead that Stern is leaked,” Bushido said a few days ago on Instagram. The rapper continues to accuse Arafat Abou-Chaker of extortion, grievous bodily harm and deprivation of liberty.
Evidence raises more questions: ‘Anyone who owns a recording studio can fake anything’
The “star‘ wrote in his report, ‘a sound file refutes Bushido’s statements’. The process could thus be brought to a halt. On the 59th day of the trial, the lawyer Arafat Abou-Chakers handed the said conversation recording to the court. The process has not yet been steered in a completely different direction. Bushido’s lawyer Tzschoppe emphasized: “It doesn’t matter what’s on the stick – we don’t have to hear it.” He explained to the judge that it was very strange that out of a total of “65 illegally recorded conversations” just now one appeared that is intended to prove Arafat’s innocence. He added: “If you have a recording studio, you can fake anything”. The next trial day will take place on February 14th.
