A bus from line 37 collided with several cars near Oosterpark. A spokesperson for the GVB said that the bus driver became unwell and then lost control of the wheel.
The bus driver was taken to hospital. It is unclear what condition he is in. The bus is currently being recovered. Bus line 37 will be diverted until then, with a 20-minute delay.
