Burned down discos in Spain had no permits, extra limb emerged in identification of 13 fatalities

The discos that burned down on Sunday morning in the Spanish city of Murcia did not have a permit. This was reported by Francisco Jiménez, representative of the regional government in Murcia. He also said that the number of fatalities remains at thirteen for the time being, but that, contrary to previous reports, someone is still missing. In addition to the thirteen remains, an extra limb has since surfaced and it is not clear to whom it belongs.
