A high-speed raid in a Jumbo branch in Terheijden where considerable damage was caused within five minutes and an enormous amount of cigarettes was stolen. That happened in the early morning of January 7. Cameras in the store captured the theft. These images are shown in Bureau Brabant.
It shows that around a quarter to four three masked men forcibly forced an emergency door. Then the men ran into the store, towards the service counter. The cupboard doors and drawers were dislocated with a crowbar. Everything was forced to get to the cigarettes.
The camera images show that one of the men apparently got too hot and pulled up his balaclava for a while. At that moment, his face is clearly visible.
After five minutes, the men each fled the store with a sheet bag full of cigarettes. The police are looking for people who recognize the perpetrators.
