In the election for the eleven on matchday 4, 86.3 percent of participants voted for Guirassy, 20 percent more than after round three.

Dinkci’s teammate Jan-Niklas Beste (30.8 percent), Florian Grillitsch from TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (22.5 percent), Bayern goalscorer Leon Goretzka (20.3 percent), Joakim Maehle from VfL Wolfsburg (31.9 percent) and Bayer goalkeeper Lukas Hradecky complete the team. The 33-year-old Finn collected 40.11 percent, more than twice as much as Alexander Nübel from Stuttgart (17 percent). Heidenheim coach Schmidt was chosen by 22 percent of participants, followed by Sebastian Hoeneß from VfB (11 percent) and Bayer’s Xabi Alonso (5 percent).
