National goalkeeper Manuel Neuer set a Bundesliga record in FC Bayern Munich’s 4-0 win against Union Berlin.
For the 35-year-old it was the 311th victory in Germany’s top division. The 2014 World Champion, who also played for FC Schalke 04 in the Bundesliga, surpassed Oliver Kahn.
The former national goalkeeper and current CEO of the German record champions had celebrated 310 victories in his career in the Bundesliga. Now Neuer is the sole record winner.
