This year’s transfer summer has it all. This is because the clubs are allowed to sign players for the first time in two different periods. Due to the club World Cup, the first transfer window for the participating clubs opens on June 1st and then closes again on June 10th. The regular transfer window then extends from July 1st to September 1st.
The 1. FC Köln has strengthened with Ragnar Ache after returning to the Bundesliga. The striker changes from 1. FC Kaiserslautern to the Rhine and signed a contract until summer 2029. According to information from the “kicker”, Cologne activated an exit clause in Aches contract.
