Tillmans gate is not enough

Borussia Mönchengladbach is waiting for an end to his negative series in the Bundesliga despite the last minute goal at the debut of interim coach Eugen Polanski. The team, who have been playing a winless team for season, did not go beyond a 1: 1 (0-0) with runner -up Bayer Leverkusen despite a performance, which is courageous over long distances.
Haris Tabakovic (90th+2 minute) saved the foals in front of 30,210 spectators in the sold -out BayArena. Bayer newcomer Malik Tillmann (70th minute) had previously brought Bayer in the lead. For the workself, it was the first draw in the league under new coach Kasper Hjulmand. Gladbach, however, scores the first goal of the season.
After the bad news of Robin Hack’s meniscus tear, Gladbach was also missing Frank Honorat due to adductor problems. Compared to the 0: 4 against Bremen, Polanski brought in instead of the two injuries and Philipp Sander and Giovanni Reyna Joe Scally, Yannik Engelhardt, Jens Castrop and Kevin Stöger. At Leverkusen, Aleix Garcia and Ibrahim Maza moved into the starting eleven for the red-locked Robert Andrich and Ezequiel Fernández.
In the early minutes, Leverkusen pressed the guests deep into their own half. Moritz Nicolas was able to parry a first harmless conclusion from Edmond Tapsoba (3rd). A little later (9th), the Gladbach goalkeeper showed an outstanding foot reflex when Patrick Schick extended a free kick from Alejandro Grimaldo – who first ran as captain in the Bundesliga at the beginning of the game – to the goal.
Even if Leverkusen clearly had more possession, Gladbach gradually found better into the game and always shifted the action into the opposing half. The increasing offensive presence paid off when the starting eleven debutant Castrop (23rd) hit the goal after passing by Rocco Reitz-but the goal was abandoned after Var-Check due to offside.
The Werkself, who saved a 2-2 for the Champions League start in Copenhagen during the week, lacked ideas on the offensive. The team played inaccurately slowed down from the beading goal, while the Polanski team was able to put dangerous needles forward again and again. After passing by Castrop, Scally failed with a low shot on the strongly reacting Mark Flekken (40th). No team went to the last risk until the break.

After the change of sides, the home side recorded a lot of possession again without using it. The guests held against it, fought for every ball and looked for the end. Stöger moved past left with a shot from a central position (57th), only a short time later Shuto Machino headed directly into the arms of flekken.
At the host, Joker Ernest Poku in particular staged himself in the 63rd minute after his substitution. After a counterattack, the Dutch brought the ball in front of the goal, where Schick did not hit him cleanly, but decisively dropped for Tillmann. This remained cool from around eleven meters and pushed in the right corner for the tour. Gladbach tried to equalize, but both Stöger (73.) and Scally (77th) failed due to flekken. In the end, Tabakovic then made the desired goal.
