Bundesliga: Bayer Leverkusen and VfB Stuttgart have their best starts to the season

A nice thought game.
If we are realistic, then a German championship always depends on how FC Bayern performs.

Leverkusen is currently playing very good and respectable football, just like Stuttgart.
As long as Bayern stays within striking distance, it will be difficult to hold out for the 34th matchday.

I would like the championship to remain exciting until the end, similar to last year.
I just don’t have the faith that Leverkusen won’t suffer another slump and Stuttgart will first have to compensate for Guirassy’s loss.

Then there’s the Africa Cup in January, etc., etc.

At least Leverkusen has already left both Bayern and Leipzig behind.

We’re out of there safely, there’s no need to worry. Unfortunately, Dortmund, Leverkusen and Leipzig picked the wrong year to play for the championship from match day 1. Last year, all 3 teams weakened enormously in the first half of the season, which meant that Freiburg was 2nd with an average of 2 points until the World Cup break.

Leipzig had 28 points (3rd place), Dortmund only 25, Leverkusen even 18. For comparison: Leipzig had a worse points average than Hoffenheim, who are currently in 6th place.

I was actually hoping that Bayern would give up a bit again, without Neuer and without 6, with a shortage of personnel on the IV and that Kane needed some time to get used to it. But they had one of the best starts to the season in the club’s history and a 2.5 points average. There hasn’t been an extrapolation of 85 in the last 7 years, most recently Guardiola had surpassed that.

I hope I’m taught better, but a 72 point season is definitely not enough to catch Bayern this time.
