Bubble chocolate Stratos returns to stores.

The juju of a chocolate bar is in the air bubbles found inside the bar.

– The production of Stratos chocolate includes a unique and partially secret process that distinguishes it from other sweets. Initially, a chocolate shell is made at the factory, which is filled with porous chocolate mass. After that, air is blown into the chocolate mass, after which it is cooled. The cooling process helps preserve the bubbles in the mass, says Orkla Suomen’s business manager responsible for confectionery Vesa Vainio.

Stratos left stores in Finland in 2014, and many missed it. Chocolate is now making a comeback precisely because of consumers’ wishes.

– Consumers haven’t forgotten about Strato. We have regularly received requests to bring it back, Vainio says.

Stratos was launched in Norway in 1936 and has since become one of Norwegians’ favorite bars.

During the winter months, sweets lovers are also spoiled with many other candy novelties. In addition to Stratos, Panda will be selling the new Choco & Licorice Salmiakki version and Smash! – milk chocolate bar.

The novelty of Fazer Sininen for the winter is the Pretzel chocolate bar. The Pätkis version of the Kismet chocolate bar will be sold, and the new candy bags are the small-sized Remix mini bags.
