Eintracht Braunschweig will give a young striker for the time being. Linus Queißer is to collect game practice in the Regionalliga Nordost in the new season.
Eintracht Braunschweig lends Linus Queißer. The 21 -year -old striker from Bad Harzburg joined SV Babelsberg 03 on a loan. This week Queißer already completed his first training sessions for the northeast regional league.
Babelsberg’s sports director Paul Bachmeyer said: “Linus knows where the goal is standing and has already demonstrated this in his career.” The association is pleased to “get additional quality on the offensive” with the BTSV talent. Linus Queißer runs in Babelsberg with the number 23.
So far, the attacker has played two short missions for the second division professionals from Braunschweig. On the 16th and 17th matchday, Queißer was substituted shortly before the end. In four other games he was in Daniel Schering’s squad, but was not used. In the second half of the season, the 21st year old stopped a stubborn calf injury.
Linus Queißer has been running 31 times for the second team of Eintracht Braunschweig – he scored 19 goals and scored four more goals. Queißer caused a sensation in the region with his goal rate for MTV Wolfenbüttel: 2022/23, the then 19-year-old was 39 goals and a template in 32 Landesliga games. In the youth, Linus Queißer also kicked for Eintracht Northeim.
