Just as Conner Rousseau (30) is sitting at the table with the Roma community today, Brussels Roma are filing a criminal complaint against the Vooruit chairman. “There must be a strong signal against his possibly racist hate speech,” says Dejan Stankovic of the Brussels non-profit organization Kham, which is concerned with the integration of Roma. “Will we – Roma – never be considered full citizens?”
