Brussels restaurant in the dark to address the energy crisis

In the center of Brussels, a group of restaurateurs showed what the future of the hospitality industry could look like. No electricity or gas is used in the Brasserie Surrealiste. The food was served and cooked by Racines employees, without ovens, stoves, hobs, coffee machines and light bulbs. Through the campaign, the restaurant owners want to raise awareness of the rapidly rising energy prices. Watch the full report in the video above.
