Brussels labor court: “Mahdi systematically violates the right to reception of asylum seekers”

The Brussels Labor Court finds a “deliberate, coordinated and persistent” violation of the right to reception of asylum seekers. That practice “seems desirable, considered and organized” by the Secretary of State for Asylum and Migration, Sammy Mahdi (CD&V).
