Brussels Airlines refuses to pay passengers of a broken down flight compensation: “A conscious strategy”

More than six months after a riot broke out on a Brussels Airlines flight to Tenerife, the agony of the affected passengers is not over. Brussels Airlines refuses to pay them a compensation of 600 euros, to which they are nevertheless entitled according to the Federal Public Service (FPS) Mobility and Transport. Yet Brussels Airlines does not want to pay. The duped customers think it is about “a conscious strategy”.
