Bruno Barbieri and the quarrel with Carlo Cracco “talking about a plate of passatelli with clams”

What could be the reason for a quarrel between two chefs if not a different vision of the kitchen? In an interview with Chiara Maffioletti of Corriere della Sera, Barbieri spoke about his relationship with the other judges of the cooking show most famous of Italy.

Talking about the first edition with Joe Bastianich and Carlo Cracco, he explained. “We were three roosters in a chicken coopbut although it wasn’t always easy, I have many beautiful, funny memories. It always seemed to be on a tightrope. We never argued except once, strongly, Carlo and I talking about a plate of passatelli with clams. But after fifteen minutes of total mess, everything went back to being as if nothing had ever happened ».

The anecdotes about Antonino Cannavacciuolo and Giorgio Locatelli, on the other hand, are different. “They are much more ironic and funny. With Antonino there is a particular feeling and Locatelli is the one who tries to keep the ranks a bitotherwise he and I would joke from morning to night. We also hang out outside, with the cameras off, which was not the case with the other two colleagues … in short, today there is more complicityHe confessed.
