Bruges wants to redecorate Langerei and Potterierei
Due to works a little further on, more De Lijn cars and buses are now driving along the Langerei. This causes frustration for many local residents.
At the beginning of this year, many local residents hung black flags on their facades to protest against the increased traffic. The police regularly conducts speed checks and signs have also been placed. From the summer, the city promises to improve with a new mobility plan for buses. In the long term, Bruges wants to see how it can structurally tackle traffic in the Langerei and the Potterierei across the street.
