The original plan was four years of Dirk De fauw and two years of Franky Demon, if the Bruges voter would shuffle the cards like that. This was announced at a press conference last year in November.
But in recent weeks, doubts have arisen about Franky Demon’s position after a disappointing poll for him in Het Nieuwsblad.
The decision must still be approved by the Bruges party board, but that seems to be a formality.
