Actor Bruce Willis68, wife Emma Heming Willis, 45, says he was emotional during the Christmas holidays. Heming has been taking care of her husband for a long time due to his memory disorder caused by frontal and temporal lobe degeneration. So far, no treatment has been found for Willis’ disease.
Heming says in the video of his Instagram post that just before filming, he had expressed his feelings to a friend on the phone around Christmas and their wedding day. He says that the last week in particular has been a difficult time for him.
– It is very important to have someone to whom you can confide in your feelings. And not just burying emotions inside and just trying to get through everything, which is what I tend to do, Heming says.
– Holidays and Anniversaries are difficult. But for me this year has been about community. It has been my life’s work, he continues.

In the text section of the publication, Heming says that the last year has been very emotional for him. However, he is extremely grateful for the support both he and Willis have received.
– Bruce calls it the inner circle: it’s made up of people we can trust and call. I’m lucky that I have people in my inner circle who don’t offer solutions, they just listen, says Heming.
– I have received numerous messages because Bruce is so loved. It’s raining on him and I’m lucky to be able to watch it from the sidelines and catch glimpses of what feels like a gentle waterfall. I wish I could respond to all of your profound and poetic messages, but please remember that I greatly appreciate them. Through them, I don’t feel so alone anymore, he adds.

A day before her emotional release, Heming had posted two photos of her and Willis on her Instagram account to celebrate their wedding anniversary. The couple got married in 2009. To celebrate the anniversary, Heming wanted to show her great respect for her husband.
– 16 years with this special man. My love and admiration for him only grows, she wrote in her post.
