A video on social media shows Springsteen being helped up by two men. The drummer and keyboard player continued to play, while the rest of The E Street Band fell silent for a moment. “Have a nice evening, everyone”, ‘The Boss’ joked into the microphone. Springsteen gave his hands a quick rub, then picked up the Ghosts lyrics and went on with his show.
Saturday is the second evening that Springsteen performs in Amsterdam. On Thursday he was already in the Johan Cruijff ArenA. The singer will also play in Landgraaf on June 11.
