Rock musician Bruce Springsteen, 74, published some sad news on his X account (formerly Twitter).
The artist has to cancel all his concerts this year together with his band E Street Band due to doctor’s orders.
Springsteen is currently recovering from a stomach wound.
– I am still recovering from the stomach ulcer. Treatments continue for the rest of the year according to the doctor’s instructions.
“Out of an abundance of caution, all of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s upcoming 2023 tour dates will be postponed to 2024,” the statement said.
In his update, Springsteen thanked his fans.
– Thank you to all my friends and fans for the get well soon wishes, encouragement and support. I’m recovering and I can’t wait to see you again next year, thanked the musician.
This is the band’s first tour after a six-year hiatus. The band announced that replacement dates for the canceled shows will be announced later.
