Hundreds of people gathered in La Louvière yesterday to pay tribute to the victims of the carnival tragedy in Strépy-Bracquegnies (Hainaut), including two brothers of Fred Cicero. Fred is one of six people killed on Sunday when a car rammed into a group of Gilles. “We don’t want violence or revenge,” his brother shouted.
