Due to a broken rail at Anhalter Bahnhof, passengers on the Berlin S-Bahn must expect restrictions on Wednesday.
The lines S1, S2, S25 and S26 are affected, said S-Bahn Berlin GmbH in the morning. The S1 runs between Wannsee and Anhalter Bahnhof and between Potsdamer Platz and Frohnau/Oranienburg.
Passengers on the S2 can travel between Priesterweg and Yorckstraße/Potsdamer Platz and between Nordbahnhof and Buch/Bernau. Lines S25 and S26 run between Teltow Stadt and Südkreuz, the S25 also between Potsdamer Platz and Hennigsdorf.
There is also a signal disruption on the S7 near Wannsee, so there may be delays and failures, as the S-Bahn announced on Twitter. The 10-minute cycle can therefore only be offered between Ahrensfelde and Grunewald.
