Britons and Moroccans caught fighting with Ukrainian army face death penalty

Two Britons and a Moroccan who were captured in Mariupol in mid-April when fighting alongside Ukraine have been sentenced to death by the Supreme Court in the self-declared Donetsk People’s Republic. This is reported by the Russian state news agency RIA Novosti. Aiden Aslin (28), Sean Pinner (48) and Saadoun Brahim are called “mercenaries”. The law states that they must be shot.
