In response, Rosengart criticized Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplanian decision to make the matter public.
– It was more than insulting that you decided to bring the matter to the public and created unnecessary drama and false claims. When I called you yesterday to express my disappointment in your actions, you denied it. Apparently you didn’t realize that TMZ’s May 30 article cited you as their source, the letter reads.
– It is also ironic how on April 28 you said in your letter that in addition to the job offer of your client’s wife, the reason for the move is that his children want to be “more protected from the media”. But your interview did nothing to protect them. Rather, your actions further exposed them to the media, the letter adds.
Federline’s attorney announced to TMZ, that his client has urged Spears to issue a moving permit by the deadline or else he would take the matter to court. Although Federline has sole custody of his children, the move could not be made without Spears’ permission. Kaplan mentioned in his announcement that Federline and his wife Victoria Prince are planning to move to Hawaii in August.
