A surgeon from the United Kingdom has been sentenced to a prison sentence of two years and eight months, after he had his own legs amputated for very obscure reasons. The BBC reports this. The 49-year-old Neil Hopper from Truro, Cornwall, appears to have a morbid, sexual obsession with amputation. The man has now been convicted of scam of the insurance and the possession of extreme pornography.
