Shell can look forward to a new climate lawsuit, this time in the United Kingdom. The British environmental organization ClientEarth holds the board members of the oil and gas company personally responsible for “mismanagement”. Until now, they would make insufficient efforts to bring the climate policy of the multinational in line with the Paris climate agreement.
