The British government considers the movement of Russian heavy armor near the border of Ukraine as “the beginning of the invasion.” This statement was made on Tuesday on behalf of the Cabinet by the head of the Ministry of Health, Sajid Javid, in an interview with Sky News.
According to the ministers of the United Kingdom, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin decided “to attack the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine”, writes TASS.
“We have always said that this is completely unacceptable. We saw that he recognized the separatist regions in eastern Ukraine,” Javid said.
In turn, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said that the foreign ministers of the EU countries would gather to discuss Russia’s recognition of the independence of the DPR and LPR.
