Bridget Maasland hits back at the makers of the notorious juice channel Juice Channel. According to the presenter of RTL Boulevard, they spread unreliable information.
The rumors about her best friend Rachel Hazes cause a lot of annoyance at Bridget Maasland. Juice Channel recently revealed that Klaas Otto, Rachel’s new lover, had an appointment for a fertility test. The suggestion that the two may be working on a love baby was relegated to the realm of fables by Bridget.
Angry Bridget
According to Bridget, Rachel was probably just spotted at the hospital because of recordings for the program ‘Celebrities in the Hospital’. Nonsense, Juice Channel objected. Yesterday, he brought out Klaas’ hospital appointment in the Jeroen Bosch Hospital in Den Bosch as proof.
Klaas has now provided clarity himself and both the Juice Channel’s and Bridget’s suggestions appear to be incorrect. Rachel is not busy getting pregnant – that fertility test was planned by Klaas’ ex-girlfriend – and Rachel was not busy recording celebrities in the hospital; they take place in Gouda.
‘Very very strange’
In fact: because of his relationship breakup, Klaas did not go to the appointment for the fertility test at all. Bridget thinks that the Juice Channel rumors only become even more laughable.
Bridget: “Then it is of course completely strange that they have made such a personal story, because it is clear that he wanted to do this with his previous girlfriend, has never been to that appointment himself, Rachel has never been to that appointment and Rachel doesn’t want a child at all.”
Juice teenagers
Luuk Ikink, Bridget’s colleague, is also not very fond of Juice Channel. The presenter calls its makers ‘juice teenagers’. He thinks it is good that the Jeroen Bosch Hospital finds out who leaked the information to them.
The presenter: “It also seems to me a very bad idea that if you make an appointment with a hospital, it will be shared with two of those juice teenagers, who will then make it their own story. Even if it is just the appointment card, the invitation letter.”
Comment Juice Channel
How does the Juice Channel react to the latest sneeze from RTL Boulevard? He agrees with Yvonne Coldeweijer. “Don’t call us RTL Boulevard anymore! Hung on the phone for ten minutes, explained the whole story to you and then let that dorky reading doll read just one sentence. This is why we don’t talk to the mainstream media anymore!”
“Really, why don’t they let that bastard read that we said that we shared the appointment confirmation to show that the test was planned (which is true) and not to prove that Roggel wanted to get pregnant . Ugh, cunt Boulegaar…”
Broilerwork
Critics will undoubtedly find it a case of ‘critique the kettle’ that Boulevard lashes out so hard at the Juice Channel. After all, not so long ago, the program itself was accused of being a mess, by their own colleague Eva Jinek.
Eva was furious when Bridget suggested a second pregnancy at the Boulevard desk. “I couldn’t believe what I saw. That an uninformed person in a gossip program like RTL Boulevard can just shout something like that – it would be your job to deliver such nonsense.”
