Breuninger launches “Beyond by Breuninger” loyalty program

The Stuttgart fashion company Breuninger is introducing a new loyalty program for its customers.

The program called “Beyond by Breuninger” expands the existing loyalty offer of the Breuninger Card and was implemented on the Austrian market a year ago. “Beyond by Breuninger” will now be gradually introduced in Germany, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

With the new service offering, the company wants to offer its customers a more diverse world of benefits and “appeal to them more emotionally,” according to the statement. “Beyond by Breuninger” is intended to create a comprehensive range of benefits together with the Breuninger Card, which was introduced in 1959. The customer card retains its function and is supplemented by new loyalty benefits, such as a multi-level level system with collection points. Customers can benefit from early access to exclusive capsule collections or events.

“Beyond by Breuninger stands for the special thing that we want to offer our customers every day in order to create extraordinary experiences. It was particularly important to us to offer our customers easy digital access to this unique world of benefits, which ideally complements the added value of the Breuninger Card,” says Felix Kreyer, Chief Customer Officer at Breuninger.
