Walter White actor Bryan Cranston wants to give his wife something back after hard years in the film and series business and is already planning his exit from the world of pictures.
“I want to change the game again,” he announced to the British edition of “GQ”. “For the past 24 years, Robin[Cranston’s wife]has spent her life following me. She was always the ‘plus one’, she was the wife of a celebrity. She had to align and adapt her life to mine. It has benefited enormously, but there has always been inequality. Now it’s my turn to do something. She deserves it.”

He plans to start his Hollywood pension in 2026. The multiple Emmy award winner wants to close his production company, sell his shares in Dos Hombres Mezcal, which he owns with “Breaking Bad” co-star Aaron Paul, and get out of the to move away from the United States (perhaps to France).
Cranston wistfully: “I want to go on day trips and have a fire in the fireplace and drink wine with new friends and not read scripts. I’m not going to say, ‘Oh, I’m going to read and see what I’m going to do. No, it’s a real break. It’s a stop. I won’t over [die Arbeit] ponder. I will not take phone calls.”
However, Cranston still has a lot to do before he retires. He can currently be seen in Wes Anderson’s “Asteroid City” and will, of course, also play the clumsy father again in the refreshment of the cult comedy “Malcolm in the Middle”. Since there is no talk of further “Breaking Bad” offshoots so far, this chapter should also be settled with the actor’s exit from the tough everyday life on the set.
