Telenet suffered a breakdown on Wednesday evening. Some of the customers could no longer call and text. The majority had no problems. Data traffic worked for all customers.
“At the moment there is a general outage that may cause you to experience problems with your mobile services,” a Telenet employee clarified on Twitter earlier in the evening. “Our colleagues are aware of this and are doing everything they can to resolve this as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
Works that took place may have been at the root of the outage.
The outage was resolved around 9:30 p.m.
