Brave Dieuwertje just looked ahead again after ‘clot time’ full of smokerslagen

For more than two decades, Dieuwertje Blok brought magic in the living rooms of millions of Dutch children with her warm voice. After she was hit by nose cancer and a major nose amputation last year, she seemed to pick up the thread again. Until the end of January came in again: the cancer had returned and this time it was incurable.
