Boy (6) lost his family in Ukraine and writes letter to Boris Johnson | Abroad

The letter was shared on Twitter by British Ambassador to Ukraine Melinda Simmons. The 6-year-old’s parents are said to have died in a Russian rocket attack on the city.

The British Prime Minister recently wrote an open letter addressed to Ukrainian children. Elijah decided to respond: “Dear Boris Johnson! I want the war to end so that no more people die. I want to play football at home in Mariupol. I wish all the children of the world didn’t have to go through war. Greetings to all the children in the UK, thank you for helping us. We will win! I have a cat Frosya. I am sending you the flag of Ukraine that I have signed, greetings Elijah.
