On Sunday evening, a child was seriously injured in a traffic accident in Prenzlauer Berg.
The four-year-old wanted to get on the tram with his parents at around 10:10 p.m. at the tram stop at Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark.
According to several testimonies, a driver (33) tried to drive past the tram on the right with her car at the same time. She hit the boy and injured his foot.
According to the police, the parents and the driver were unharmed, and the boy was taken to a hospital for inpatient treatment.
