A 12-year-old boy died on Friday as a result of a fireworks incident in the Dutch municipality of Haaksbergen, in the province of Overijssel. Another boy was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. The children were not involved with fireworks themselves, police said. Officers have arrested a man. His identity has not been disclosed.
