Restaurant Boury was upgraded on Monday with a third Michelin star and since then more than 50 trainees from all over the world have signed up to gain experience in the kitchen of chef Tim. The crème de la crème of the ‘Boury Academy’ can transfer to the permanent kitchen team, where 14 of the 26 employees are not Belgian.
