It has been announced that Daniel Farke has been appointed as the manager of Borussia Mönchengladbach, one of the German First Football League (Bundesliga) teams.
In the statement made by the German club, it was stated that 45-year-old Farke signed a contract that will last until 2025.
After coaching Borussia Dortmund’s second team in 2015-2017, Farke worked for Norvich City in England in 2017-2021. Having signed a 2-year deal with the Krasnodar club in Russia at the beginning of 2022, Farke terminated his contract with Krasnodar in March due to the Russia-Ukraine war.
After Borussia Mönchengladbach finished last season in 10th place, coach Adi Hütter was sacked.
