The British clothing group Boohoo Group Plc is bringing its labels Boohoo, Dorothy Perkins (DP) and Nasty Gal to India. To this end, the fast fashion provider has now entered into a partnership with the Indian online fashion retailer Myntra.
As part of the agreement, more than 1,500 products from the three brands would be offered in a joint online brand store on the Myntra platform, Boohoo announced on Wednesday. The range includes clothing and shoes. The partnership also includes extensive marketing activities on M-Live, Myntra’s social commerce channel.
John Lyttle, the clothing group’s CEO, acknowledged the collaboration: “We are very much looking forward to working with Myntra as our strategic partner in India,” he said in a statement. “The Indian market presents a fantastic opportunity for Boohoo Group and Myntra’s digital approach makes this a great strategic partnership.”
