Bomber wants to burn apartment building in Steglitz

The following criminal proceedings before Germany’s largest criminal court on Turmstraße begin this week.

Monday

9.30 a.m., Room 370: Kristina P. is said to have attacked several police officers in Pankow last February and injured them with bites, among other things, who were on duty because of an apartment fire.

9.30 a.m., room B306: Adrian U. (42) is accused of theft and receiving stolen goods. It is about a car trailer from June 2019 that was stolen, as well as 15 bicycles worth 6,000 euros that were stolen in early 2019 when two hardware stores were broken into.

Tuesday

9 a.m., room 4100: Lena S. (30) is said to have been involved in several street blockades by the climate extremist group Last Generation between March and July last year and was also stuck on the asphalt.

9.15 a.m., Room 729: Mahmut T. (33) is said to have traded cannabis, amphetamine and cocaine by the kilo in Berlin from April to May 2020, using the crypto messenger service EncroChat. He is also said to have smuggled 30 kilos of cannabis out of the Netherlands. The total earnings: around 190,000 euros.

9:15 a.m.; Room 606: Mohamad El-A. (34), Mathias P. (25) and Maximilian T. (24) are said to have robbed various supermarkets and jewelers between January and March of this year and were once armed with a firearm. They are said to have stolen more than 3,000 euros in cash and jewelry worth at least 15,000 euros.

9.30 a.m., Room 736: Peyman H. (39) is said to have transported 27 kilos of opium in his car last January in order to then sell the drug. Under the front seat a pistol, in the glove compartment almost 30,000 euros alleged drug money.

11 a.m., Room 135: Paulin F. (29) is accused of damaging property. In March of this year he is said to have poured black liquid over the Basic Law 49 monument in Mitte and hung a protest poster on it. Damage: around 1000 euros.

11.30 a.m., Room 672: Marco S. (44) is accused of fraud. The former employee of the Senate Department for Finance is said to have offered three height-adjustable official desks on an Internet platform between February and April of this year. Two desks are said to have been sold to strangers, the prospective buyer is said to have no longer wanted the third after the Finance Senate was said to have been named as the pick-up location.

11.30 a.m., Room 769: Roberto W. (56) is said to have stolen his neighbor’s bicycle last September and hidden it in his apartment. The victim called the police, who are said to have threatened the accused with a knife in front of his apartment.

Wednesday

9.15 a.m., room 3093: In April 2022, Thomas S. (40) is said to have smeared black paint on the Federal Ministry of Economics for the climate extremist group Last Generation and to have pried up pavement slabs in front of the building. He is also said to have been involved in a road blockade by the same group in May last year and was also stuck on the asphalt.

9.30 a.m., Room 606: Abdullah El-K. (23) is said to have repeatedly threatened and insulted passers-by between October and February, but also attacked and injured them. He should now go to the psychiatric ward.

1 p.m., room B145: Maria B. (18) is accused of misusing emergency calls and damaging property. Last October, she is said to have filmed for the climate extremist group Last Generation how the fire alarm was triggered in the Reichstag and a pane of glass was broken.

Thursday

9 a.m., room 504: In April 2022, Ulf N. (47) is said to have owned more than 5,000 child porn videos with a total playing time of around 32 hours in his apartment in Tiergarten.

9.30 a.m., Room 3007: Carla H. (26) is said to have repeatedly been involved in road blockades by the climate extremist group Last Generation and was also stuck on the asphalt.

Friday

9.15 a.m., Room 537: Emre B. (45) is said to have traded liquid drugs and banned psychoactive substances for e-cigarettes in his kiosk in Neukölln in March 2022, armed with a knife that he wore around his neck. The same substances were found in his apartment, as well as a stun gun and ammunition.

9.30 a.m., Room 739: Rico T. (37) is said to have suddenly kicked a woman from behind at Zoo Station last March and exposed himself to a police officer. Now he’s supposed to go to a psychiatrist.

10 a.m., room 217: Dmitry B. (55) is charged with attempted murder and six other offenses. At the beginning of last year he is said to have tried to set fire to an apartment building in Steglitz with a self-made bomb. In addition, he is said to have repeatedly tapped the electricity and gas lines in the apartment building he lived in in Mitte, so that there was a risk of a gas explosion.
