The Turkish capital Ankara was shocked by a heavy explosion on Sunday morning around 9:30 am local time (8:30 am in Belgium). It took place near parliament. Two officers were injured. The Turkish Ministry of the Interior stated in an initial response that it was “a terrorist attack”.
