In the first Government of Felipe González (1982) there was only one vice president, Alfonso Guerrabut Miguel Boyerwho directed economic policy and accumulated the Treasury and Economy, was the Super Minister. Now there are four vice presidents, but the only political super minister, accumulating the Presidency (control of the agenda of the Council of Ministers), Relations with the Courts (the necessary laws and pacts) and Justice (the judicial imbroglio) will be Félix Bolaños, who was head of the legal department of the Bank of Spain.
